We want you to try anything on this website RISK-FREE. You will usually find our product descriptions as complete as possible. If, upon viewing an item, you are not delighted with any merchandise you purchased, just return it to us. No explanation of why you are returning it is necessary, but we would like to know if it would help us solve an inadequacy on our part. Also, tell us what instructions you have concerning replacement, substitution, or refund. Simply print the customer service form below, complete it, and return it within 30 days from date of invoice, along with your package and Return Authorization Number according to the return policies. Call Perfect Edge to receive your Return Authorization Number at 586-709-3653. Send it prepaid, insured, in new, unused condition with its original parts, instructions, packaging, and your invoice (or a copy) within 30 days of the date on the original invoice.

Items that do not meet these few conditions will be subject to a restocking fee or, at the Company's option, returned to the customer without a refund. Shipping costs on any package returned to you will be charged to you.

Your credit card will be credited for any refund due you in approximately 14 days after the receipt of the merchandise. If you are requesting a replacement, you can expect it to be shipped within 3-5 days after your return is received. DEFECTIVE merchandise will be replaced with identical product.

Sharpening Guarantee

If it is found that an item is beyond our capabilities of either sharpening and/or repairing, we will simply return the item back to you with any refunded monies, less shipping charges.
After you receive your sharpened items, you will have 7 days to test them. If within 7 days you are not satisfied, we will re-sharpen the item, and pay all reasonable shipping costs. After the 2nd sharpening and we still do not meet your satisfaction, we will refund all money you paid for our service.

If we recommend that parts on your item need replacement, and you do not have the parts replaced, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE WARRANTED! PERFECT EDGE'S LIABILITY WILL BE THE COST YOU PAID TO US FOR OUR SERVICES, AND REASONABLE SHIPPING CHARGES. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS!

If replacement parts for hair shears (shear pivot screws, finger rests, bumpers/silencers, etc.) are required to be replaced, then they will be billed on a per item basis.

Edge Performance Guarantee

Perfect Edge will guarantee that new scissors purchased to be effective in cutting for one year from date of purchase with receipt. Accidental edge nicks and drops are covered for one year from the date of purchase with receipt. Simply return to Perfect Edge with $5.95 for shipping and handling.

All scissors and accessories are covered by the warranty of the manufacturer.

We will ship your items usingĀ USPS Mail. Perfect Edge recommends that you insure your items when sending them to us.
